We had a fantastic time at the rooftop bar with its amazing views and enjoyed the enormous sunken bathtub in our spacious room.

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Victoria Park, just a short stroll away, perfect for a relaxing morning walk, and the convenience of being less than 5 minutes from Fortress Hill Station made exploring the city a breeze.

The stunning harbour view from our room made each morning special, though the inconsistent service at the restaurant was disappointing.

I was on the 35th floor soaking in the breathtaking harbor views that made me feel on top of the world. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the breakfast up top was a delicious kick-start to every day. Plus, the staff were super attentive, making sure I felt right at home!

This hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff returned my shower bag when I forgot it during my stay, which I appreciate. If you visit, try the delicious breakfast options!

Great location, but some bumps

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the view from our room. The hotel is in a super convenient spot near public transport and places to eat. Staff were friendly, but the room felt a bit dated, and we got two single beds instead of one double like we asked for. The dining at the on-site restaurant was good, though a little pricey.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the Fortress Hill MTR station. Views of the harbor are stunning, especially from the Club Deluxe room I stayed in. The room size is great, with stylish decor and a spacious layout. Breakfast options were delicious and varied. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept the room immaculate. However, I did have some issues with cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room, as I could smell it faintly from neighboring rooms. The check-in process was a bit slow, which was frustrating after traveling. Also, the elevator was quite slow at times, making it inconvenient during busy hours.

Had an awesome time with friends! We spent five nights here, enjoying the stunning rooftop view on the 42nd floor. The personalized service was top-notch, especially at the exclusive Club floors. Nearby eateries and easy access to transport made everything convenient. Don't miss visiting the Skyline Lounge and the fitness center – both offered great experiences!

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was a bit rough. we had to wait longer for our room than expected, which was a bit frustrating after traveling all day.

We enjoyed lovely evenings on the rooftop, sipping drinks while soaking in the breathtaking harbor views. The food options at breakfast were plentiful, although a little repetitive. Make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from the street.

The property feels stuck in the 1990s with outdated furniture!!! Slow elevators and poor quality toiletries leave much to be desired. An upgrade to the gym equipment could really enhance the experience!!!

Outstanding service and breathtaking views.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning harbor view and abundant natural light. The cleanliness and decor were impressive, complemented by a functional kitchen area and ample storage. The business center was state-of-the-art, supporting all my work needs efficiently. The service was exceptional, with staff always available to assist with any request, making my stay comfortable and productive.

The air-conditioning was on the colder side.

Family stay with a twist

The staff were genuinely friendly, especially Queenie, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were blown away by the exquisite decorations for the New Year, it made every corner of the hotel feel alive and festive.

It wasn’t cheap, that’s for sure, but still acceptable for the experience we had.
